Limited Liability Company "Russneft-Bureniye" set up on January 1, 2007 on the basis of Drilling Department of OAO MPC "Aganneftegasgeologia",  is a general contractor for wells construction for oil and gas production enterprises of the company "RussNeft".
 The main tasks set for "RussNeft-Bureniye " are as follows: selection of contractors and organization of technical and technological control over the whole cycle of wells construction, that is, from the mounting of rigs up to completion of the drill wells;  minding uniform pricing policy while constructing the wells within the frames of the holding.
 In 2006 the specialists of "RussNeft-Bureniye" were engaged in organizing exploitation drilling works at Shapshinskaya group of oilfields, Zapadno-Malobalykskoye oilfield, which were developed by ZAO NAK "Aki-Otyr", OOO "Zapalno-Malobalykskoye",  as well as exploration drilling works at the oilfields of OOO "Komnedra", ZAO NAK "Aki-Otyr", OOO "Novo-Aganskoye" and others.
The main targets of 2007 were connected with implementation of large-scale projects for drilling the license areas of OAO NAK "Aki-Otyr”, OAO MPK "Aganneftegasgeologia", OOO "Beliye Nochi" and other companies. On the order of OAO MPK "ANGG" intensive construction of horizontal wells at Vostochno-Roslavlskoye oilfield was started what resulted in growth of oil production. In 2008-2009 OOO “Russneft-Bureniye” continued implementation of the  project for drilling the license areas of OAO NAK “Aki-Otyr”, OAO MPK "Aganneftegasgeologia", OOO "Beliye Nochi". The volume of exploitation drilling at OAO “Varieganneft”, OOO ”Beliye Nochi” oilfields was also increased. In 2009 implementation of the program on rendering services on technical and technological control of wells workover for the enterprises of Zapadno-Sibirskaya group of OAO NK “Russneft” was started. The amounts of drilling horizontal wells with applying modern technologies, were substantially increased, the periods of directional and horizontal well construction were reduced.
In 2010 “Russneft-Bureniye” plans to render services for technical and technological control of drilling for Privolzhskaya group of enterprises of NK “Russneft”.
